Pathways Place in Ellensburg incorporates more open space than the city code requires, which includes a large courtyard.

Building permits were issued in May and construction is underway for Pathways Place in Ellensburg. The project is developing a 4.86 acre parcel south of the downtown area and includes the conversion of a nine-years vacant Nites Motel at 1200 S. Ruby St. into affordable housing.
