
India Prime TV reports a sensational incident from Nahargarh Biological Park in Jaipur on the morning of September 2, 2026 (Wednesday). A tiger named ‘Shivaji’ allegedly launched a deadly attack on a woman worker inside the park, resulting in the death of Sugna Devi at the spot.
The incident reportedly occurred when the woman entered deep inside the tiger’s enclosure. Following the sudden and aggressive attack by the tiger, panic spread throughout the biological park.
As soon as the incident was reported, senior Forest Department officials and local police authorities reached the spot. The deceased woman’s body is currently at the scene, while officials are investigating how such a major security lapse occurred and under what circumstances the woman entered the enclosure.
Questions are also being raised over alleged negligence by the park administration.According to preliminary information and eyewitness accounts, the incident may have occurred due to serious negligence by the caretaker.
It is being reported that because of a lapse by the caretaker, the tiger moved out of its secured area and reached the location where workers were carrying out their duties.
The sudden appearance of the tiger among the workers triggered panic, with workers running in different directions to save themselves. During the chaos, ‘Shivaji’ attacked and overpowered Sugna Devi, resulting in her death at the spot.
Senior Forest Department officials and police personnel have inspected the scene. The caretaker and other concerned staff members are being questioned regarding security protocols and the manual locking of the enclosure gates.
The investigation is now focused on determining how the tiger reached the workers’ area and whether negligence or a failure to follow safety protocols led to the tragic incident.
