False Claim: Three Indian Air Force Fighter Jets Crashed in the Himalayas
- Rebuttal: PIB dismissed this claim as entirely false. The image used to support this claim was from an unrelated 2019 incident. Some Pakistani social media handles and even the Chinese news website China Daily promoted this misinformation, which the Indian government promptly debunked.
False Claim: Pakistan Destroyed India’s S-400 Air Defence System

India’s S-400 system, known as “Sudarshan Chakra,” is fully operational and successfully neutralized Pakistani drones and missiles.
